Provenience
Situated near the town of Fumane, in the
area “classica”, 550 metres above sea level.
Soil type: volcanic, south west facing.
Tasting Description.
Ruby red with hints of violets.
Very intense
fruits of the forest, cherries and raspberries.
Begins with good volume modulated by
soft and elegant tannins.
Suggestions of
spices integrated with inklings of mature fruit and good sapidity at the finish.
Grapes
Corvina Veronese 65%, Rondinella 30%,
Molinara 5%
Food Pairings
It is a wine for all courses and it can be combined with starters, soups, light and dark meats, as well as fresh water fish dishes
Production Method
Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Aged in the
bottle for 2 months.
Service
Serve at a temperature of 16°-17° C, taking care to open the bottle some minutes prior to drinking.
