Wine with a bouquet of
roses, red fruits like strawberries, and
blueberries;
easy on the palate.
Fresh and delicate.
Grapes
Corvina 90%, Molinara 10%
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed with their skins for a night in maceration, to then proceed with racking and fermentation, which allow to obtain a perfectly balanced wine with delicate hints, characteristic of local grapes.
Food Pairings
Excellent pairing with shellfish appetisers and fish second courses, but still exquisite even with a good pizza.
Production Method
Aging in steel tanks for a brief period.
Aging in bottle for three months.
