Its natural sweetness and the presence of soft tannins classifies it as a desert wine. It combines very well with shortbread, pastries, Cantucci, and dark chocolate. In Verona it is traditionally drunk with Pandoro.

Aged in oak barrels.

Service
Serve at 8°-10° C, taking care to open the bottle at least 1 hour prior to drinking.
