Small and precious productions
CLASSICO
Spiced notes of spice are integrated with hints of ripe fruit and a nice savory aftertaste.
Taste dry and velvety with an exceptionally persistence.
Aging in wooden barrels for 6 months.
CLASSICO SUPERIORE
Warm, full bodied with traces of dried fruit that bring to mind Amarone.
Aged in barriques of French oak for 12 months. Aged in the bottle for 6 months.
ROSSO DEL VENETO
Pleasantly spicy with hints of red currants and mature fruit. Warm, soft, persistent with hints of dried fruit which is reminiscent of Amarone.
CLASSICO
highlight the withered grapes.
Aged in new barriques of French oak Allier and Never for 24 months. Aged in the bottle for 8 months.

Characteristic of dried fruit with hint of violets.
Delicate, with soft tannins, sugars and acidity which highlight the withered grapes.
Taste dry, soft and harmonious.
Aging in steel tanks for a brief period.

Hilly area
Corte Alta is located on the hills of Fumane in the hamlet of Cavalo at 500 meters above sea level. The soils involved are: alluvial, volcanic, clay-rich, marmoreal.
Our grapes
10 hectares of vineyards with the traditional indigenous varieties Corvina veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
Our vineyards
Tornidora, San Zeno, Camparol and Corone identify the wines, expressing each Cru at its best. The traditional vineyard training system is Pergola Veronese.
Panoramic position
A wonderful view: behind us the Lessini mountains and to the south the terrace over Verona.
